- rescue.co has a team of physicians and nurses 24/7 who can provide teleguidance over the phone.
- If the condition requires immediate medical evacuation, rescue.co will coordinate the care by sending an aircraft – either helicopter if remote or needed based on the condition – or an airplane.
- If the emergency occurs at night, outside of flying times, and for safety reasons, rescue.co will send a ground ambulance or the nearest medical professional to you.
- For any other emergency, rescue.co will coordinate an appropriate evacuation including towing or security services.

- rescue.co partners with air ambulances and ground vehicles throughout the region and across the country to give you fast and quality responses.
- rescue.co also works closely with hospitals and doctors to make the evacuation process as smooth as possible. Assistance with hospital admissions and ground transport from the landing site to the hospital is provided. rescue.co works with your insurer to get admitted to the hospital as their cover includes only the teleguidance and evacuation response.
- For evacuations required outside of the country or region, rescue.co will coordinate with your insurer to get you to the next preferred location. rescue.co covers you within the country or region you’re travelling.
